The role

• Business Development – researching, identifying, approaching, forming and developing partnerships with new clients via multiple methods including cold calling, email, video, social media, industry events and more.
• Talent acquisition – identifying and engaging top talent for our clients through a range of innovative and traditional resourcing methods.
• Account Management – developing and maximising existing client partnerships.
• Networking – getting truly ingrained in your chosen sector and technologies, achieving trusted advisor status with clients and candidates.
• Flying the flag – communicating the Spectrum Search value proposition to the market proactively and passionately.

What we are looking for in you

• Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition  
• First rate communicator both verbally and written.
• Hungry to identify and win new business through multiple methods including cold calling.
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve personal, financial, organisational targets and goals.
• Proactive individual and team player.
• Natural networker.
• Positivity and Persistence.
